Entering the book of records as the first ever model unit designed by The Guild, this apartment opened up many avenues for the company by driving in new business ventures in terms of customized furniture and interior solutions. Apart from the many unique features of this project, the most special feature would be the interior setting of this dwelling space and the artistic flair it delivers through its cleverly placed ornamental artifacts, exceptional furniture and the selection of soothing colors for the walls, which in return, created a significant brand establishment for The Guild.

As the enchanting sky view of this apartment provided ample inspiration for its interior setting, The Guild team moved to the fore with the use of uneven lively shades on selected walls, exclusive ornaments and allied bedding quilts for the rooms. The cutlery, crockery, household appliances and toiletries were chosen in sequence with the main theme, making a strong statement about the total interior solutions offered by The Guild. At last but not least, the most prominent feature of this apartment is a particular bedroom designed and furnished with everything pink for the grandfather's little princess.

The above interior was created upon a special request of the client for an artistic setting. As we went forward in furnishing the given space with everything-artistic; blinds, rugs, natural teakwood ornaments and paintings were carefully selected and placed under the collective input of the client himself. Overall, our keen sense of quality made a massive contribution to the project in order for us to fulfill our client’s every expectation.

The authentic brick walls, custom teakwood furniture and the polished cement floor says it all about the extravagant dwelling experience of this apartment as it enters the record book to be The Guild’s first interior design venture. The ex-storage space turned studio premise was given new life with the contrasting blinds, carpets and special light settings where the floor gained more prominence with its titanium mixed cement coating. The use of dynamic shades in terms of wooden furniture added more to the overall outcome of the project.

Designed and furnished for a client residing in Bangladesh, this apartment homes 4 bed rooms. The Guild team found the designing process to be much more convenient since the client had a precise insight on his requirement. Working forward on a theme based on sharp edges against large open spaces, the furniture and curtains were selected in order to compliment the brainchild. The interior was furnished with natural teakwood furniture and blinds were chosen upon the client’s preference.

This interior project was steered for one of our clients in Pakistan in order to harness his requirement of an elite, spacious interior. Having settled on a theme where white played a prominent role, we incorporated contrasting shades of grey, red and brown for the upholstery to add more depth to the setting. The significant use of white open spaces gave the apartment a heavenly appeal along with all the modern interior etiquette. This extravagant living space with two bed rooms was designed and brought to life with the ample contribution of The Guild and the client herself. After examining the dynamics of the apartment, an “all-white” theme was incorporated in the interior designing process to give a perfect finish while depicting more space within the four walls. The setting was then decorated with exceptional pieces of modern art, crafts and furniture; coherent with the initial theme of "white open spaces".
