The authentic brick walls, custom teak-wood furniture and the polished cement floor says it all about the extravagant dwelling experience of this apartment as it enters the record book to be The Guild’s first interior design venture. The ex-storage space turned studio premise was given new life with the contrasting blinds, carpets and special light settings where the floor gained more prominence with its titanium mixed cement coating. The use of dynamic shades in terms of wooden furniture added more to the overall outcome of the project.
