Entering the book of records as the first ever model unit designed by The Guild, this apartment opened up many avenues for the company by driving in new business ventures in terms of customized furniture and interior solutions. Apart from the many unique features of this project, the most special feature would be the interior setting of this dwelling space and the artistic flair it delivers through its cleverly placed ornamental artifacts, exceptional furniture and the selection of soothing colors for the walls, which in return, created a significant brand establishment for The Guild.
